Most already answered are mediocre (at best) and poor (mostly).
Exception: Indiana Jones movies, especially 1st and 3rd, are excellent
The only thing good about The Princess Bride (TPB) - Andre the Giant (doesn't make the movie worth watching, though)
Other good ones:
Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of NIMH
The Sword in the Stone
Mulan (more historical fiction)
Mediocre
King Solomon's Mines
Romancing the Stone

Jim, I think you're thinking of The Secret of Nihm. My kids absolutely love that movie so we watch it all the time. Her name was Brisby....not Frisby.
Anyway. Last Unicorn is good. As is Chitty Chitty Bang Bang....funny. And there's always the classics like Legend (Tom Cruise's first movie) or Labyrinth (David Bowe). Or you could go with cult classics like Rocky Horror Picture Show.
