how would you know if it was actually happening right now or not?I mean,in the "movie"the machines could just program you with whatever they wanted you to know.What if something like this was actually happening and everthing including this question was just part of a computer program?Is there anyway to be able to find out?Ps,I know that we're not in a computer program(at least I hope not),but it's something to think about.What do you think?

In the first disco scene of Saturday Night Fever a girl came over to Travolta and offered to wipe off his sweat. What was the character's name and who was the actress? She looked a lot like Kitty, the Mom in That 70's Show but I don't think it was her.

His "Bernard Thompson", the hotel manager, was the perfect boss. I wouldn't want to be him as much as work for him. You see "Vivian's" (Julia Roberts) transition from backwoods hooker to society debutante through his eyes and his attitude to toward her. I always get a charge out of his going from letting her know that she was never to return to that hotel to hoping that she'd return sometime for a visit. It also chokes me up when he provides "Edward" (Richrd Gere) the angle to go get her by commenting on how hard it must be to let go of something so beautiful (necklace/Vivian) and then reminding him that the hotel chaufeur knows where she lives. So understated, so perfect.

Much better casting that either Gere or Roberts.

Who's with me? Any other underappreciated movie roles?

I saw this movie a long time ago and I don't have a clue what the name is or who's in it. I remember that this guy's son gets kidnapped by a monster and he has to save him. The guy climbs through the mirror in his bathroom into a secret swamp where he has to face the monster who looks similar to a person. He ends up sticking a grenade in him and blowing him up. There's also a part where he blasts this girl (who turns into a monster) with a shotgun. I hope someone can help me.
