I have had Netflix for quite some time, but I am getting more than fed up with all the unplayable disks they send to me. I'm considering switching to Blockbuster. Has anyone had both services recently and noticed a difference in the number of disks that are playable vs. unplayable?

I am looking for a movie. It's a war movie. It has airplanes in it and one of the planes gets damaged real bad. The pilot and some dude in the belly of the plane draws a wheel and it appears on the plane to save the day as they land. The wheel drawing appears cartoonish in the movie but the whole movie is not a cartoon. Thanks for the help. :)
