"All Mine To Give" or any old movies in general??
Even some suggestions of SPECIFIC offline stores would be good.

Well, I located "All Mine to Give" at Video media On-line (linked in the sources).
It seems that it has not been released on DVD or home video, so on e-bay you will likely get a taped version off of TV anyway. The other option is that the copies for sale are actually rental-copies (or illegal copies of rental copies). Just because something is not available on home-video doesn't mean it wasn't available via rentals at some point.
Turner Classic Movies shows this film occasionally, so if you get the channel, keep an eye out for it. Also, TCM says that this film is "not on home video" so while they might not be correct, all counts point to this movie only being available via bootlegs of some sort.
Otherwise, I'm not sure if any website (including the video media online site I provided) will actually give you an OFFICIAL copy. In that case, paying $19.99-24.99 might not be worth the money, when you could copy the same thing on your own (or a friend's) VCR or DVR or DVD-recorder.
As for other old movies, DVD Empire seems to have quite a few. I typed in a couple of titles of films I don't see regularly for sale, and they came up there. It is a pretty good place to start, aside from e-bay, half.com and Amazon.

A surprisingly good place to find old movies sometimes is craigslist.com. Sometimes you can find somebody local who is wanting to unload a whole box of movies at a great price. Bound to be a few good ones in there.
