I remember a watching a movie when I was little called "Monster Squad." It was about a bunch of kids who fight the Universal Studios Monsters (Dracula, Frankenstein, The Wolfman, and the Creature from the Black Lagoon). It was funny as hell, but I can't find the DVD anywhere or on VHS for that matter. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do to get a copy?

I only remember certain scenes/plot lines. The vampire was in love with this girl but was reluctant at first to make her a vamp. I also remember the ending, he invites a group of people over for dinner, kills all of them, 2 of the guests were blondes, he kills them by chocking them,1 blond per hand. The movie ends with him ascending up the stairs to finally either kill or make the girl that he was in love with a vamp. The last frame was a freeze frame of him with his teeth drawn (very creepy back in those days) Can anyone tell me the name of this movie?

I am looking for the name of a movie. I thought that Oprah was in it but im not to sure. The movie is back in the slave period and there is a mother who has 3 or 4 children and she kills her kids so they are not sold into slavery. Later she drowns the baby girl and in the movie the daughter comes back to her and she is all grown up but talks like a baby. Its really a very touching movie. I am trying to find out the name of it so i can let my daughter and my husband watch it and i was telling them about it and they are very interested in watching it.
