how did they do this?

in the movie deathproof, the stunt lady loops 2 belts around the front door posts of the dodge challenger to hold onto to do her hood-stunts. i currently own a dodge challenger and the do not have door posts around each side window.

they added them for the movie and she is an actual stunt woman...and friend of Tarantinos
