One is a colourful, violent swearfest directed by Brian De Palma and starring Al Pacino as a Cuban immigrant ganster intent of taking over Miami by foul means or fair. But is the Brian De Palma film a remake of the Howard Hawks film.

I'm compiling a "Movies to Watch" list to start watching GOOD films when the mood strikes rather than take time to search for a good movie and then have little time to enjoy the film.

I also love having a list so I can have list of films I'm actually WAITING to see rather than a random flick.

Recently, as in the last three years, there was a movie released about women's rights. I don't believe it hit theaters, but it did make it to DVD. The film, according to a friend of mine, is about the once tremendious struggles of legalizing voting for women. It was also very well done, according to this friend, and not done by the discovery channel, lol.

It's a film about 3 chinese friends who go to Vietnam during the war to do a drug deal. A sort of oriental Deer Hunter. Only better, despite the subtitles. It's one of John Woo's first films, i think.

Ok i know this sounds really really dumb...but everytime i watch Armageddon i cry, like hysterically!!! Well just when the father is talking to the daughter! Does anyone esle have the same problem?
I just think it was a wonderful relationship they had, even though it was just a movie..anyways just wanna know if anyone still cries when they see Armageddon or just any movies???
