I'm just thinking about it and am wondering about other people's experiences, good or bad, if you think it saves money etc.

Yes it sucks. Their invitation is great except that the movies are very limited that you can choose from. You may find one or two that you really want, but I found I had to browse through the list twice to find my remaining picks.
The catch is the amount of DVDs or Cd's you have to pay regular club price plus the shipping and handling. Expect your first shipment as it reads on the ad. Then expect to get hosed for the next two years paying close to double the amount for DVD or CD that you could have picked up at walmart or Best Buy.
Second catch, is they start sending you a director's pick every month which is not always a good movie or CD. If you open it, you bought it. They bill you for it or charge your debit card.
Simple advise, don't do it...

Its was good, is best if you go ahead and take the first order along with the special. You'll end up paying like $43 for 7 movies with 2 more to buy. Just make sure that they are having a sale when you buy the other two, to take advantage of free shipping or bundles. Usually offered around the holidays.

I've done it through BMG music. They have a deal where you buy one CD and get 11 free. It's a good deal on price if you only buy the one CD cause the Cd's are extremely over priced and you have to pay shipping. The selection of music isn't great you're not going to find anything that came out within the past few months but you can find good stuff. Check out their selection on line.

I have and it worked out great. You will figure out little tricks to it as you go along. Just have an email reminder of your directors selection every month, so they won't ship it to you automatically. They show about 2-3 prices per DVD. The least expensive price written in red is how much the DVD is after you pay full price for another (the price in black). They have some really great specials, AND you can earn points for free movies. Great selection......I would hightly recommend. Just add different items to your shopping cart to see the actual prices in combination with other movies. Have fun with it!

I have been a member of CH for a long time now. I cannot complain. They have decent sales every now and then. It does save time...the S&H charges can get a bit excessive if they have a good sale on, though (they have to make money somehow). I was actually able to pick up a lot of special editions of some of my favorite movies for cheap.
Take advantage of Fun Cash when you can! It's good stuff. :-)

I have 4 different accounts with CH and can't complain about a 1. The best thing is it's a cheap way to build your collection.

i think its a great deal because you can earn free cds and you can get up to 15cds for the price of one some times if you are gona buy alot of cds
