I'm about to go see the Grudge 2, but I didn't see the first one and I don't want to be entirely lost. Could anyone just give me a quick run-down of what happened/who's the important people?

OK lets run a pole here.. How many of us have seen Rocky and how many times have we seen it.. I myself have seen it over 200 times in the theater and god knows how many in the house..lol Ans I have now got my 15 yo into it and he goes with his ol man to see it..

Just come back from my hols and was bored one night and went in a local video shop while down there and saw this film "Eight Crazy Nights" on dvd. It's an animated Adam Sandler film. Well i'm not a huge fan but i found this animated film hysterical and loved it! Never laughed so much in a long time. Not for kids as is full of adult humour so was surprised at 12 certificate. What do others think of it?

in any particular subject, but mainly best picture. now iknow the movies of the year aren't done yet, but if the oscars were in a week, who'd win what? and why? i've got this feeling about that movie "Bobby". i dunno, it seems like one of those goosebump kinda moovies. thank you!

I am looking for a vote. On the 3 best horror movies of all time so I can play during Halloween Night while I give out candy and stuff. Remember ALL of the horror movies, past present, classics, b-movies, etc. EVERYTHING goes. Remember sequels, prequels, everything and anything. Best top 3, get the 10 points and I will watch. (oh they have to be on DVD)

I've seen a trailer for a horror film in which if you answer your mobile phone, use the internet ,demons would come and take your soul. And can’t remember the name of it.
It's new film.
There is a scene where a guy is looking through a spy hole in a door scared to go out.

I mean, they're really up-to-date on American movies and celebrities (Especially France)........Do they all understand english or something?

In general, we Americans don't know a lot about other countries' entertainment industries/stars- Is it just because our media is not focused on other countries or we just don't care?

The title is the main character's name twice; ie. Timothy, Timothy. The story goes... Young boy disappears from a small town. Years later, a teenage male prostitue from a nearby city is identified as the missing boy. He goes to live with the parents in the small town. He's very secretive. He forms a psudo-sexual relationship with his "sister". It isn't clear, through most of the movie, whether this is the boy grown up or a faker. It turns out he isn't the lost boy, but he uncovers that the missing boy was molested and killed by a local man. I want to see this movie again, but can't for the life of me figure out what the title is. Does anyone know the movie I'm talking about? Please help. Thanks.

It's one of the best movie productions in South Africa, even though in addition to South African film industry, in was collaborated with US and Australian film industries as well.
