Recently I watched the film "Private Teacher". In this film I could not recognise who is Kay Parker. Which role she did in this film?

Obviously the viewer can, but no one else is able to. Anyone else in the world, they are recognizeable to everyone who knows them, with or without glasses, and regardless of what they wear. So what makes him different?

May
A young social outcast goes to great measures to find the perfect friend in this debut horror feature from director Lucky McKee. Set apart from her peers as a child due to her lazy eye, May's only friend and confidant was a delicate doll encased in glass. Though as a young adult May has learned to control her lazy eye with glasses and contacts, her introverted tendencies always seem to hinder her search for the perfect friend. Walking down the street one day, May happens across a young man tenderly caressing the damage of a wrecked car and falls in love with his seemingly perfect hands. As May and Adam (Jeremy Sisto) begin to spend more time together, the quirky couple seem to have much in common, and May believes that she might have finally happened across the perfect boy. Her deep-rooted psychological problems slowly surface, however, and Adam is gradually driven away, leaving the vulnerable May in the company of amorous co-worker Polly (Anna Faris). It soon becomes obvious to May that, though various acquaintances seem to have perfect traits, they never add up to a perfect whole -- leading the creative and demented young girl to her own unique method of creating the perfect friend.

Almost everyone I know that saw that movie when it came out said it was soooo awful. Well I just saw it on dvd and thought it was genious. I mean it is almost crazy enough to really happen. There are probably some cults out there that make their members believe that same kind of thing.

I recently got to download the script to Transformers, code named Prime Objective. I read it and now I wondering, why does Hollywood insist on including dumb one liners and idiotic scenes? At one part a little boy thinks one of the Transformers is the toothfairy. Another part has Bumblebee blaring his horn so loud it shaters the windshields of the other cars in the car lot, but this dosn't seem to bother the main character in the least, as he buys it anyway. And they work the phrase "More than meets the eye." into the dialog three seperate times, and only once was it bearable. Not to mention a love intrest between the two main human characters. I want to see Tranformers, not some chick flick. Anyone have any ideas why Hollywood seems to ruin great movie ideas.

okay, when i was little i remember watching an animated movie about a girl who watched her brother kill (?) their family because he had joined an army (?) that had formed and taken control of the area. she follows her brother as he goes to the headquarters/capitol of the evil enitity. i believe she has a few friends helping her along the way and i dont think they are human like she is, not sure. i was really little the last time i say it, if anyone has any info i would really really appreciate it!!!! thanx ;)

another animated 80's movie i would like the title of, had a guy and girl (they liked each other) along with their friends working in a mine, where they were forced to be slaves, i remember even less of this one, but once again any info would be greatly appreciated!
