i was kinda lost threw the hole damn thing! and the end wow were they both dead? ghost? is that why they walked into the gray house? and then when he looked out the front door nobody was their,no car??? tell me the meaning of that movie!!!!! ty no fags need reply!

Not to sound snotty, but I think Country Girl may have something wrong *unless I read the answer wrong. I apologize if I do* The Silent Hill video games are independent. James *the hero in the Silent Hill 2 game has nothing to do with the movie or the original game. He is in search of his dead wife yes, but they never had children adopted or naturally*
I haven't heard about 2 second movie but since Hollywood is sequel happy, who knows
At the end of the movie you find out the mom and daughter died trying to get back out of Silent Hill *that's why they weren't seen by the husband*

The movie is about a town that is haunted by a past that is so horiffic that the souls of the tortured are trapped there and can not leave. At the end of the movie they are in a "parallel universe" they are still alive just not in the same dimension as everyone else. In the 2nd silent hill the hubby goes looking for the wife and daughter. It is all based on a spooky video game.

The movie didn't make a lot of sense to me. I have played the video game and I could see how the movie was similiar, but the game still didn't fill in the plot holes of the movie.
PS - The games are a lot more fun than the movie
