I recently got to download the script to Transformers, code named Prime Objective. I read it and now I wondering, why does Hollywood insist on including dumb one liners and idiotic scenes? At one part a little boy thinks one of the Transformers is the toothfairy. Another part has Bumblebee blaring his horn so loud it shaters the windshields of the other cars in the car lot, but this dosn't seem to bother the main character in the least, as he buys it anyway. And they work the phrase "More than meets the eye." into the dialog three seperate times, and only once was it bearable. Not to mention a love intrest between the two main human characters. I want to see Tranformers, not some chick flick. Anyone have any ideas why Hollywood seems to ruin great movie ideas.

Consider the source.
You are a Lucas fan - he is a great story teller. You are bound to measure things up to his standards. These cheesy wannabee writers for shows like this just dont have a clue.
Sorry dude.
But I LOVED your joke about the 2 biscuits in the oven.

Woah, if you think Transformers was prime material for a great movie in the first place, I'm thinking you have some issues.

not that this has anything to do with the movie, but if you like transformers you might find this amusing

"It is of no concern. Soon the Rebellion will be crushed and young Skywalker will be one of us."

They're doing it LIVE-ACTION!

That was just plain WRONG from the get go.
