Ok so I'm trying to remember this old western movie. The sheriff comes to town and there's no bars on the jail so he paints a line and drips red paint around it like blood. then the bad guys show up and one pulls a gun on him so he sticks his finger in the barrel. It's not much to go on and I know it's not Blazin Saddles.

or holding out for a hero, their are many parts of movies in it, from Days of Thunder, Serpico, Clear and Present Danger, and many other movie clips....I saw it on face/off.....from Paramount pictures!!

When I was younger, every Sunday night on channel 2 they would have the Sunday night Disney movie. This movie was about Mr. Boogedy. He wore a cloak and I think he had warts all over his face. It's a family movie. I think they also did one called Bride of Boogedy. He would always say "Boogedy , boogedy BOO!!" Does anyone have any clue what I'm talking about?????
