Well according to the IMDB, the movie with the worst rating (it got a 1.8 on a scale of 10) was Troll 2. Also on that list is Kazaam and You Got Served, which probably gets my vote for worst ever.

I could not finish watching the first "Kill Bill" film... it was beyond awful. The worst movie that I actually watched to the end was "Feeling Minnesota."

napolean dynamite was the stupidest movie ever made. it went on forever about nothing. there were a couple of parts that made me chuckle, but other than that it was stupid.
Now "Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas" is one of the best movies ever.
