We have an open relationship and she has a talent for this sort of thing. Wehave discussed this and it is something we both want just not sure how to get started.

Most fluffer apps. require 3 years experience these days.
So...you could train her in-house. After three years of following a strict practice regimen, you could probably get her in there.
Make sure she checks out the benefits package before taking a job. Some have very nice 401k's these days.
