The mouth of Sauron shows Gandalf and Aragorn the mithril coat and mentions they got it from a halfling in Mordor. If so, why didn't Sauron clue in and figure out their plan and then put permanent guard on Mount Doom?

another horror film i remember watching years ago, something to do with a guy in a house i think and he is peed off with someone and im sure he kills all the guests in the house (or maybe they live there) i can remember a woman laying in bed and he drills a hole through the ceiling and pores syrup or something through onto her face then all these locust eat her face off !!!!! another was this guy wearing a full head mask and the bad guy had some how put these clamp like things inside the mask either side of his temples and he had the controls to tighten them so his head got squished thats about all i remember.

I'm in a bit of a dilemma. The other night I was watching Independance Day with my seven year old who decided at the end that Will Smith was the best actor in the world (give him a break, he is only seven!). I tried to explain that Pacino was possibly the only man who is worthy of this title - I know that not everyone agrees, and that's fine. It's just an opinion after all. Problem is, he asked me if he could watch a film with him in, and I couldn't think of one suitable for someone so young. Any ideas?

Has anyone from the US seen the movie World Trade Centre? I dont plan to watch it when it comes out in the UK as I thinkk its a bit too soon for a film to be made of that traggic day but I was just wondering what your reactions were towards it?

Do you find this weird: In the movies, stuff that happen to or is experienced by Harry, Ron and Hermione happen to Harry only. Such as-
1. Harry overhearing McGonagall and the others talking about
Sirius Black. In the book all three hear it.
2. That Expelliarmus on Snape is only done by Harry in the
movie. (PoA)
3. Only Harry hears Crouch conjuring the Dark Mark.
