A full list of Pacino's films can be found at the Internet Movie Database ( http://www.imdb.com/name/nm0000199/ ). Unfortunately it doesn't always give the movie's rating. The unfortunate thing about this situation is that many of the films Pacino has made are known for being near the knuckle. Perhaps the tamest film I can think of is his recent "The Merchant of Venice", a film that would be incredibly unfathonable to a seven year old. My advice would be to perhaps wait until he is older, or supervise his viewing of the classic films (The Godfather, Scarface etc.), though at such a young age it's not recommended.

Hmm, there are so many great movies by Al Pacino movies, and must agree that he is by far one of the greatest actors out there. However scent of a woman might be one?? Not sure... There is Dick Tracey also the rating is PG on that movie and a seven year old boy might like it, but i don't know if it would show Al Pacinos true colours, however it is a good movie... other actor in it are warren beatty, glenne headly, and madonna is also in it. I think there might be a little violence in it (i haven't watched it in a while) you might want to watch it first and see if you think its suitable for your son to watch!! There is also a "Al pacino collection dvd" that is to come out soon, if it hasn't already, and that might show what kind of actor he is, how ever there is no rating on it, so i wouldn't know if it might have any obscene language,etc... for your seven year old. check it out here: http://www.cduniverse.com/sresult.asp?qs=a1011827
Hope i helped!!

I saw AND JUSTICE FOR ALL as a teen and Pacino made an impression on me way back then. I would rent it to see if there's anything you wouldn't want your son exposed to b4 letting him view it. You might find it mild enuff by today's standards that he could see it & watch a great Pacino performance. Again, like many have already sed, the subject matter may go over his head, too.
Good luck~

I would say, first off, let your son admire who he wants for the moment.
And as he gets older start exploring the less violent titles in Pacino's backlist. Check out "Two Bits" as a way into his body of work.

Any Given Sunday might not be too bad. I think there is some profanity but its mostly about football. Its hard because the movies he does that aren't rated R and/or violent, aren't good demonstrations of his acting talent.

Try "Author! Author!" The adult theme of the movie should go over his head. (Maybe not. Smile.)
