Movies (Entertainment & Music) - 10 July 2006

Personally, I was dissipointed with the second, much awaited Pirates movie. I thought that the plot dragged a little and that it wasn't as witty as the first one.

However, I thought that the cinematography and acting was excellent, and it built up a lot of suspense for the third movie (which I am so excited for!)

Sooooo...what do you think?

If you could make a movie from a book you've read, which book would it be?

I can't understand why movies are made and remade; like "Titanic" or "King Kong" etc. After reading an excellent book, I often think, why don't they make a movie on this story? Don't the movie directors read?

Which movie has sold the most tickets?

Something I'm curious about. Hear a lot about how much money such and such a movie made, but considering that it cost much less to go see the original Star Wars than it did to see anything released this summer, I'm wondering which movie holds the record for the highest number of tickets sold.

The author's thinking of bumping Harry Potter off in her next book. Can't she just skip the book and go straight to the film so we can move on?

Superman Returns Question: HUGE SPOILERS! DO NOT OPEN?

So, if Lois Lane and Superman have a kid, and Richard (or whatever) thinks its his kid..

then Superman must have banged Lois and left right away, and then Lois would have had to have started banging the new guy right away.

therefore - Lois Lane is a s-l-u-t!

right?
