James Earl Jones originated Darth Vader voice over , when the originally three came out. He probably made more money now, then back then. Hayden Christian who played the role of Darth Vader, yes made alot of money its a franchise.

Jmes Earl Jones did the voice over and he was already an established actor. David Prowse was a bodybuilder and stuntman who was hired to wear the costume. James Earl Jones was paid more.

I know david prowse and he hardly got paid much at all. The voice over in the last film was james earl jones and to was a bit controversial.
