I was there, I dont blame her one bit, I blame her management for letting/putting her on stage and treating her like a performing monkey. The state she was in they could have told her Birmingham had disapeared and I think she would have believed it.

Have y'all heard? Lindsay Lohan spent a grand total of 84 minutes in jail. OMG, that's such a hardship.

Where I'm from, you get a minimum of 48 hours in jail on the first offense. Second offense gets you 45 days.

Of course, they said they didn't treat her any different than anyone else. And those 30-50 getting early release, I doubt any of them spent only 84 minutes in jail. they probably got out 1 day or 1 month off their 10 year sentence.

Out of curiosity, does anyone find the actions of these "celebrities" completely unbelievably irrational? I mean, don't they have any self respect? If you knew the world was watching your every step, wouldn't you make sure you didn't publicly mess you life up? All the drinking, drugs, and alchohol is so distructful and yet these "woman" think this is their way to popularity. What kind of impression are we giving the teens that look up to them? Other ideas and impressions on the situation?

People say the fact that she is celebrity is why she got leniency however I tend to think that being a pretty white woman had alot of factor in it. If it has been a black male who was a celebrity that did it he would have been in jail like darryl strawberry was.
