John Lennon-can we say "IMAGINE"

Awwww T4 It isn't fair to include Ringo in the list..He is a sweetie, but we all know writing wasn't his thing. I'd say John wrote the most relevent songs about the times in which they were written in. Paul is a great writer as well, but most of his lyrics are much more "light" in nature while Johns generally were about more serious issues. And George was a great writer but when put in with John and Paul he pretty much got overshadowed

Most people who know and loved the Beatles would say John. Paul wrote some very sweet love songs.

He didn't write as many songs but George's songs were much more relevant to me! Something is the most beautiful love song I have ever heard!

Relevant to what? The times they lived in when they were performing? Then it would be John Lennon.
