I fear this "catch and release" nonsense that keeps occurring in California for the "fabulous" is going to end tragically. It is only a matter of time before one of these out of control, self-destructive celebrities kills themselves or someone else.
Believe me, as someone who has seen more than my share of alcohol related fatal auto accidents as a first responder years ago, not holding these people accountable is doing them a great disservice. I have seen drunk drivers killed, maimed and disfigured. Why must it come to that?
California had better get it together and reexamine this policy.

Don't get too upset, she'll be back before long. As long as they just give her a "slap on the wrist" she'll just keep doing what she is doing so, I think we will be hearing more of the "Lohan escapades" just like "Britney escapades" "Hilton escapades" and so on.
