Just because they both married British guys and moved to the U.K., they have now both adopted faux British accents. I am American and this annoys me! Does it annoy British people too?

I guess people just don't know how to chill out and just relax and go with the flow. If they are that easily offended, they shouldn't go to comic club - they're going to make fun of races of people - that's what they do!

I am gravitated to this issue because this is the last person I would ever dream of saying something like this. It's like Santa Claus dying on Christmas Day. I have a black girlfriend who was raised by white parents. I am a white male. For me, what I saw was a sad man totally out of control and needs therapy. I think he should take some time to internalize it before he just comes out and deals with the public. I think it would be smart for blacks not to play the race card. Jamie Fox, a black actor, was quoted as saying he will physically harm Michael if he sees him. That will only incite violence and anger. A person in his position and wealth should use more caution than that. I saw Michael's apology on Letterman and it seems to me he should just be down to earth and say he was pissed off because he was being interrupted and he gave the guys a low blow. You know he has issues if he's talking about Katrina and anger towards other countries to explain himself.

All I see is what was said by Michael Richards. I wanna hear the other side of the story, what caused this to happen? If you ask me, I here this kinda racial stuff from blacks and whites all the time. Chris Rock says this stuff all the time, albeit jokingly, yet he’s serious. Does the tone and situation dictate how people perceive comments? Me being a black man, find no offence in what was said by Michael Richards because I understand the frustration and the anger caused when people do stuff that may be antagonistic toward me. Granted, in Michael Richards’s case, it all came out at the most inappropriate time. I’m a laid back person, friends with any and everyone. But when im pissed at someone, I don’t give a rat’s ***, all you Mother f**kers are **** to me. I say the same stuff about people, Blacks, Whites, Asians, Mexicans, Indians and all other races when I’m pissed off.
