When I was about 6 or 7 years old (early 80s), there was a cartoon that played between shows on our local PBS station. It was about a boy who had a terrible nightmare and the nightmare was animated during the cartoon, as if we were experiencing it too. The only part I remember is when the ceiling light turned into an eye watching him and a blade appeared, hung by a string attached to the ceiling light. The blade swung like a pendulum, getting lower to his bed. It was really creepy. At the end when he woke up, I think he sat up in bed and smiled, and maybe the sun was shining rays or something in the window. The cartoon was probably made pre-80s, but I saw it in the early 80s. Anyone know of this? Thanks!

instead of saying lol why dont you say lqtm (laughing quietly to myself)

its much more realistic than laughing out loud. i dont think anyone laughs loudly at their computers over stuff they see online.
