what can i buy a 6 year old for Christmas?

i am really stuck for ideas.

normally i am quite up to date on things kids like but this year i just dont have a clue. its a little girl i need ideas for, she has everything! she is spoiled but she is an only child and her mum works hard.

i would like to spend no more than about 150 pounds. and would like a substantial present that she could use and enjoy. any ideas ?
