Some people are naughty and lazy and want to ride all the time. Republicans want to pull the cart and help those who need a ride. Democrats want everyone to ride for free so they will get votes. National Healthcare My son asked me if I thought National Healthcare was good. He heard some kids at school saying we needed it. After a firm H--- NO, of course he asked why not. He is 16 and dreaming of his first car so I told him this: Lets say you have a choice between a private car plan and a national car plan. Under the private car plan, you have to shop and buy your own car. Under the government plan, they give you one for free. “Wow, sounds great dad, a free car!” he said. Wait, I said.. Under the private car plan, you can have any car you want and when you want it as soon as you pay for it or prove you can make the payments on a loan. You can pick your color, pick your options and sometimes pick your payment plan. Under the national car plan, you have to apply to get on a waiting list. A few months later you may be allowed to get on the waiting list. About a year later you will get a car that the gov’t gives you. The gov’t will pick what kind and color. Options? Forget it. You get what they give you. “ I think I’ll take the private car plan, dad.” He said. “Now what do you think about national healthcare?” I asked. He said “H--- NO!”
