Looking for movie that has children monsters in it. Contains Dracula, Frankenstein etc. as children about 9 years old. Movie made in the 80's. I believe the plot is there trying to save halloween. can't remember for sure . Remember when they go trick or treating with a normal kid who is trying to help them get back to there time era. One day 3 silly pirates were stranded on island. They were walking along the shore when they saw something shiny. They picked it up and rubbed it. And what do ya know, a genie pops out!!!
