"Guns Of Brixton" by the Clash was sung by Paul (the bassist) and not Joe or Mick. And it'd pretty good.
"Endless Vacation" by the Ramones is sung by Dee Dee and is pretty cool, if a little different from their regular stuff.

I don't recall any songs by my favorite bands that have completely different vocals on it. So half a song with a guest vocalist is going to have to work.
You Can't Spell Crap Without 'C' by The Devil Wears Prada has Craig Owens of Chiodos on some vocals.
My (F*cking) Deer Hunter by Fear Before The March Of Flames has Anthony Green of Circa Survive on some vocals.

Well, it's hard to argue with Pink Floyd's "Have a Cigar," from the Wish You Were Here disc, which was sung by famed English eccentric Roy Harper...himself the title subject of the Led Zeppelin tune "Hats Off to Harper," if you're interested in further rock trivia.... ;-}

Most songs by The Clash. Joe Strummer was technically called the lead singer, but Mick Jones sang just as much as Joe.

Richard Wright of Pink Floyd sang Paintbox and Nick Mason of Pink Floyd growled the only line of One Of These Days. Might I say One Of These Days is one of Floyds best.

"You Got The Silver" from The Rolling Stones. It's off of Let It Bleed and I believe was the first song Keith Richards ever sang alone on for the Stones.

The Deftones did a cover of Jawbox's "Savory" that Chino did not do the vocals for. It was someone from a different band whose name has completely slipped my mind.
