She's taking it really hard. She's in shock and doesn't know what's going to happen with the kids.

just be there for her, be her friend. go have a drink or something- let her cry on your shoulder.

To confront him and leave him until he straightens up. which might be best. Remind her that 2 wrongs don't make a right. Also a visit to the other woman with a cool calm visit will make her want out just like a cockroach when you turn on the light.
Be a friend

Ouch!!
I would suggest you let her do the talking, and as much as you think he is a rat, try to keep horrible comments about him to yourself...if they get back together, she could turn on you, or be embarrassed about the things you said about him!!

Just spend lots of time letting her cry, or rant...anything that helps.
Plenty of tissues, wine and chocs should be the order for a few days...xx

Be there for her. Let her talk it out and support her if she decides to file for divorce. This is going to be rough on your friend, and she's going to need all the support and love she can get.

Don't say anything bad about her husband, she might not leave him. Just listen if she want to talk.

just be there to comfort her and tell her things are going to be ok. also tell her to get away from him for good because obviously he doesn't respect her like she thought. tell her she deserves better. good luck.
