I'm working on thank you notes to people who sent flowers to my mother's funeral and was wondering what I should do for the pallbearers. This is my first time doing this, so I'm completely confused. I don't know the pallbearers very well because they were cousins of my mother and I have only met them a couple times. Do I send a card? A gift? What do I say in the note?

The 70's films are dated, and the Sam Jackson sequel/remake fell flat...

The Bond franchise showed new blood can revive the franchise with 'Casino Royale'....and that action/sleuth flicks can be intelligent and fun...i.e. the Bourne flicks.

I think Shaft can be a bit more than a 'blaxploitation' character by taking him to different countries (like he did in the 70s novels, even though the novels were lacking)...and making him a character that is smooth, down to earth, and resourceful...

Not too mention, having 'Shaft girls' that are black, white, Asian, and Latina....

I guess it's up to an adventurous producer, writer, and/or director....
