Well this question has been debated by philosophers everywhere since vegetables existed, however the conclusion i personally have come to is that it is rutabaga. I don't necessarily enjoy eating it, however the name is just so damn catchy.

My most fun "vegetable" is artichokes...When you boil them, peel them, dip them in butter and eat them, it is like playing in your food:) oh yeah, and digging out the heart, the best part:)nummy, nummy :)
