What...do they think that if they change what it's called that they're changing what it is??

I don't get it. Don't you just love our crazy language?

A young teenaged girl was a prostitute and, for obvious reasons, kept it a secret from her grandma. One day, the police raided a brothel and arrested a group of prostitutes, including the young girl. The prostitutes were instructed to line up in a straight line on the sidewalk. Well, who should be walking in the neighborhood, but little old Grandma. The young girl was frantic.

Sure enough, Grandma noticed her young granddaughter and asked curiously, "What are you lining up for, dear?" Not willing to let grandma in on her little secret, the young girl told her that some people were passing out free oranges and that she was lining up for some.

"Mmm, sounds lovely," said Grandma. "I think I’ll have some myself," she continued as she made her way to the back of the line. A police officer made his way down the line, questioning all of the prostitutes. When he got to Grandma, at the end of the line, he was bewildered. "But you’re so old... how do you do it?"

Grandma replied, "Oh, it's quite easy, sonny... I just remove my dentures and suck ‘em dry!"

Should there be a separate school/college/world for sensitive people?

I tend to get hurt a lot. I stay away from groups or people who look like they can emotionally hurt me. I don't trust people. Have I talked this 'issue' out with my friends and psychologist? Yes, I have. I don't want certain people to know me because then they can see my vulnerabilities. I love being social, but with people I'm comfortable around. People don't understand why I act the way I do, well, don't try to figure me out because I will never open up to you. Don't sit next to me, look at me, just go away. Think of me as if I am invisible. But, if I say hi, please don't ignore me. Sorry for all the times I sent the wrong signals or hurt you because I was afraid of getting hurt. Sorry, but this is who I am. If you can't understand that and I can't understand you, then we shall both part. Goodbye.

Do you think a man who disciplines his wife and gives her limits on things shows that he loves her even more?

It seems like quite a few people think that when a man disciplines his wife or gives her 'restrictions' that he is a jerk. But, if we think about it logically, a man who really didn't love his woman wouldn't care what she did and would ignore her. I believe when the man takes charge and sets up an orderly home and demands the rules to be followed shows that he cares for his wife and wants to protect her. Would you agree?
