1. Not sure what kind of tuner I want, I want one where theres a button and you have to select the string you want to tune and then move onto the next. Not the kind where you just play the string and it detects what kind of note this is, what kind of tuner is this?

2. Any ideas how to strenghten my hands as Im struggling with my hands on the frets.

worst customer service ot the companies you deal with? Calling about credit cards, internet, and phone service has gotten to be ridiculous. The CS reps are just not nice most of the time.
