Well, I'm 14. But here is what I think since I used to be a 13 web user.
A young teen who wants to know about the world and the internet is the easiest way. =D have fun exploring the world

A girl with too much makeup, snobby attitude, crude clothing, at the beginning of puberty, a cell phone, and thinking she knows everything when she knows nothing. Sorry to all those 13-year-olds on here...that's just the image they all portray nowadays and that's what comes to my mind first! Nothing personal! :P
