Shakira because Beyonce is just straight the worst dancer ever and to compare Shakira to Beyonce it just DUMB because every body has seen them both dance Shakira is more experinced she knows what shes doing and Beyonce on the other hand just moves around like she every thing you know Shakira is the better dancer , her belly dances are amzing and you know what i would like to see Beyonce dance like her come Beyonce DANCE LIKE HER

Shakira because her dance moves comes naturally for her. She doesn't have to try hard to do her dancing, plus her hips flows easily. Honestly, Beyonce just wiggles and shakes her butt a lot, she is not the best dancer in the industry compare to Ciara.

Personally i cant choose because to me there both amazing dancers but if i had no choise but to choose i guess id say shakira because she is know for her dancing and especially belly dancing
