I'm writing a dissertation on film violence and have used a number of screen caps within it to illistrate my points. How do I go about getting permission to use them? Who actually owns the images etc? Please help, it has to be in at the end of next week and up until today I thought I could just acknowledge that I didn't intend to infringe on copyright etc.

Just wondering. some of my friends r obsessed. they wonder why i don't get into it. i think 6 years [[or however long it is]] is a little much. same old judges. same old voices. then when someone finally wins, they become a one-hit wonder and we all wonder where they go. i would like to hear ur opinions about it plz.

In the movie Titanic, during the beginning, did they use the real sunken ship or is it a fake? Or in the end when before the sunken ship turned into the way it was when Rose was on it to unite with Jack? I was watching the movie the other day and just can't seem to figure it out. after listening to some strangers' conversation about obesity??

A lot people said that it's rude to talk about obesity in front of obese strangers because it's hurting their feelings yadda yadda....

But, how about eavesdropping? isn't it rude to eavesdrop on other people's conversations?
