one of my favorite tv shows is being wrecked by some idiot pulling stupid faces and waving his arms and hands around like a loony and is blocking part of the view of the program and it is extremely annoying how do i get rid of him so i can watch it properly again?

i recently lived in brazil for 4 years & it was ridiculous, the majority of men expect that the woman do as she is told & not have her own thoughts & opinions...many men would prefer that their women remain home, cooking, cleaning & caring for children all the day, then catering to the man`s needs when he arrives home from work...it`s a very-male dominated society...sadly, physical abuse toward women in those countries is also high...how is it possible that women will put up with this type of thing??? lol i guess i`m just too independent & outspoken, but i offended many a man in brazil!!! so i say, good for me!!!

I heard it was Rated R at first and Steven Spielburg went to the MPAA to complain he wanted a PG-13. Did he have to shave off some more scenes to make it PG-13 or did the MPAA take the original cut they saw and just decide to swap it to PG-13?

I've seen it and I think it is pretty scary. Especially the part where Ian dies...he gets cut in half!!!...But then again I haven't seen the others. But I find it scary. I just watched it cuz i found it on YouTube and dared myself if I could watch it!(I hate scary movies usually). But this one was okay.

It might have even aired in the early 80's. It consisted of a panel of three celebrities (mostly has-been TV personalities) who were given an object, usually some strange antique, and were asked to name the object or it's purpose. The gist of the game was for two competing, non-celebrity contestants to vote on which actor from the panel was telling the truth. The set was very gaudy. I seem to remember fake stain glass and plastic-looking wood set.

I recently got cut from a university team for reasons I do not beleive are valid. I really wanted that spot and its taken alot out of me fighting for it. should i continue to fight for my spot on the team, in which i don't think my chances are very high anymore, or should i jsut give up and settle for playing for just a club type team
