A total waste of television airtime! If they want to continue producing this crap, let them put ALL of it on one network and leave the other major networks free for quality programming! There have been MUCH, MUCH, MUCH, better shows that were canceled and died a premature death, than this "so-called reality" junk that seems to be popular now! TV executives who decide on programming, could be replaced by monkeys and I doubt if anyone would even notice the difference!

The original reality shows are still the ones i love, like mtv real world and road rules, big brother, amazing race and survivor. Some of them i stopped watching but i still consider them the first reality shows that came out and then there was just a HUGE explosion for reality shows and have made the stupidiest shows i have even seen. I love new york, fit club, dancing with the stars, next whatever star its just tooo much. American Idol is a classic butu they give it more than once a year and its annoying as hell seeing simon. I know they all are fake in some way but some of them have keep me for years watching it .

The closest I have come to a "reality" show is A/I, and not too much of that, because it's getting old fast. As for the rest of them, they're just a different form of Jerry Springer. People don't want entertainment - they want to see other people lose and be miserable. And there's nothing "real" about shows where the camera is always on.

I love them. The Real World, Survivor, The Amazing Race. I can watch them all day. And I especially love the marathons of The Real World.

I do agree that those television shows are just stupid. They are just to suck people into television shows. Dancing with the stars doesn't even have any 'stars' that I actually know well.
