Picking up my first cigarette at the age of 14 just to be cool. I wish I go back and tell myself what a stupid, expensive, death trap smoking really is. Now 16 years later, I still struggle with quiting. It's something I feel I will have to deal with my entire life. I will always struggle with the desire of wanting one and the smarts to know better. If I would of never started my life would be so much better in so many ways. I would be healthier and probably could of afford a down payment on a house with all the money I could of saved by now.

Not giving my Mom a hug and kiss and telling her that I loved her the last time I saw her.
I was in a rush to get some where when I left and she died the next morning.
