hi,
my snare drum , when i hit it, makes a BOOOINNGG sound. i cant tune it to make it better. i tried tightening, loosening. never helps.
i put about 10 pieces of paper on the top. it kinda helps, but not really.
i've come to the conclusion that i have no idea how to fix it. anyone had this problem and how did u fix it?

The group is from Arkansas, the lead singer is female and sort of gothic, and they are in their mid to late 20s. They had a big hit song a few years ago but I cannot think of it's name or of the group's name.
