Entertainment & Music - 22 March 2007

The boss of a company was last out of the building and on his way to his car. On his way to the train station he saw the Night watchman, they waved and said goodnight to each other. Just before the boss went into the station ,the night watchman ran over to the boss and told him "I had a dream last night that the 7:15pm train is going to crash and there will be NO survivors , so can you please not take it". the boss agreed to this and took the bus.

When the boss got home, he stuck on the TV and turned to the news channel where it had a report on the 7:15pm train crashing and there where NO survivors.

The next morning the boss went to the night watchman gave him $50,000 for saving his life and then sacked him! Why did he sack him?

Should my friend have her baby?

A friend of mines was brutally assaulted and raped 3 months ago.. she was tested for any STD's she was clear, there was semin found inside of her, but she was taking birthcontrol so no one was thinking she'd be pregnant. Well come to find out she is 3months pregnant and deeply depressed she doesnt know what to do.. her father wants her to get rid of it her mother wants her to keep it, shes extremely afraid of what her baby symbolizes.. I told her as being the best friend I could be.. I would support her decision and support her, but I was wondering what you all were thinking, maybe you can give me some ideas of how to talk to her and to help her through this sad time..

Anyone else sense the idea that a part 2 to the movie 300 will come out?

Historically, the Battle of Plataea took place exactly one year after the Battle of Thermopylae. Only this time it results in a decisive Greek victory. If you see the movie 300, at the end you see Dilios (guy without an eye) with 10,000 Spartans and 20,000 Greek allies go against the Persians to retake Sparta.

I think that the directors did this intentionally to make it easier on themselves when they make part two. I mean, the story would fit perfectly. Part 1 (300) ends somewhat sad with the defeat but then they'll have part 2 where the Greeks win and so forth. . .

Does anyone else see this coming?

Would you rather lose your eyesight or hearing?

I don't know. I appreciate both of them...But actions do speak louder than words...

But hearing is another thing. You can always conjure up an image to replace what you are missing...
