Do you know, I believe this has been going on for decades!
When I was little I used to go to mates farm and more than once, I saw her father shoot and bury a cow who was bucking like a rodeo horse in a field on his land where no animal grazed!
Didn't think much about it at the time, but now it makes me wonder how long this has been going on and in how many places!
I have mentioned this to several people, even Americans, and by all accounts it was standard practise in the "old" days, until mad cow's disease was actually discovered!
No proof, but it does make one wonder!

England by a wide margin. That would be reported cases. The US doesn't test enough or report. There's nothing to make them.

The UK has had the most acknowledged cases.

However it may not have had the most as many countries, USA included, claim to have less than they actually have.
