I have the first two seasons of Party of Five on DVD and I love watching them! I can't remember how many seasons it was on the air though. Anyone else remember?

A friend of mine would tell me to pick any random book out on his shelf, which I would do. Then I would thumb through the pages at random and then I would stop. Then he would have me pick a line on the page (any line) and he would tell me the first word in the sentence. We stood about 10 feet apart and he never got to pick the book, the page or the line. But he did this trick at least twice. For the life of me I can't figure out how he did it! I've looked on the Web, but couldn't find out how he did it. Any help? This guy is renovating his house and needs a hinge for a door. He tells his wife to go down to the hardware store and get one.

She finds the hinge and brings it to the counter. The cashier notices that she did not also pick up fasteners for the hinge.

The clerk asks the woman, " do you wanna screw for that hinge? "

An elderly lady phoned her telephone company to report that her telephone failed to ring when her friends called - and that on the few occasions when it did ring, her pet dog always moaned right before the phone rang. The telephone repairman proceeded to the scene, curious to see this psychic dog or senile elderly lady.

He climbed a nearby telephone pole, hooked in his test set, and dialed the subscriber's house. The phone didn't ring right away, but then the dog moaned loudly and the telephone began to ring.

Climbing down from the pole, the telephone repairman found:

1. The dog was tied to the telephone system's ground wire via a steel chain and collar.

2. The wire connection to the ground rod was loose.

3. The dog was receiving 90 volts of signaling current when the phone number was called.

4. After a couple of such jolts, the dog would start moaning and then urinate on himself and the ground.

hiding my face in shame, but i actually watched all the brit entries...why??why??????why????????????

...but....umm....either....(cringes)....big 'brovaz'(spelt right??lol)...or justin hawkins in my opinion.

i had watched the first show at home, and then was at someone elses house when the results came on...and i INSISTED that we watch it...which lead to very odd looks(ive a very hardcore music taste...no chart **** shall infest my cd collection)....and was EXTREMELY embarrassed at the two who got through to the end(i had to plead with the people i was with to get them to understand that justin hawkins(dont own any darkness records) was good for eurovision...now i cant show my face)
