Try your local Best Buy store. They generally carry a large selection of Anime, and they have prices that are hard to beat. I mean, much of the original price anime of 29.99$ is around $19.99.
Best Buys are usually located near large malls.

I like Right Stuf. They have frequent sales. Last week they even had a sale on AD Vision DVDs - 25 dvds for $100 shipping included.
These are licensed legal Region 1 DVDs, not bootlegs.
