I get out of bed and turn the hot watter on in the shower and than go #1. Than grab a towel and jump in the shower.

I sit on the edge of the bed trying to open my eyes fully and listen to my toddler whinging, then I go and take him downstairs to watch Noddy while I have a 'wake-up' cigarette.

My pattern, if I don't want to go back to sleep, is kitchen, hit the coffee pot switch, turn on computer, bathroom, get dressed, get on line. It's all down hill from there.

I either pee or go make my kids lunch for school. Sometimes I wish I had peed before I started makeing the lunches lol.
