i'm writing a story and am currently suffering writer's block. does anyone have any ideas for a story about a girl who moves to a small town w/ her single mother. i don't know what direction to take the story from there, i need to think of the details that would make for entertaining and original story. thats all i have at the moment, i know its practically nothing. any ideas would be appreciated and please don't post anything rude.

A man was in a small town for the day, and needed a haircut. He noticed that there were only two barbers in town, and decided to apply a bit of logical deduction to choosing the best one. Looking at their shops, he saw that the first one was very neat and the barber was clean shaven with a nice haircut.
