Who is the strange guy in the 2 videos for 'Universally Speaking' and 'By the Way', he's the one driving the taxi in 'By the Way' and who 'kidnap's the lead singer and is also the one who manages to get up on stage in 'Universally Speaking' and give the lead singer some sort of magazine (I'm presuming it's meant to show the lead singer in his younger years).
