Monk or Psych--- and why??????

Monk...Psych is funny but, Monk makes me laugh out loud...His acting is so good....His OCD and the way he looks when something upsets him or makes him sick is too funny!!!

They are both fun and funny shoes, but Tony on Monk is such a great actor and comedian that he has to win hands down for me. Monk plays a "detective on leave but still helping" from the police department. What makes it hilarious is that he is totally OCD. That is why he is a good detective, he notices every detail...but the obsessions win the day.
Psych is good too. Its about a private detective pretending to have psychic abilities. In reality, he has a photographic memory so he can carry it off.
