Personally I think Cate Blanchett is automatically better than Hillary Duff since she has actually had more experiance than Hillary. She also does more movies than hillary and they aren't only reality movies like Raise Your Voice. Cate Blanchett has basically covered every genre. That's why I think Cate is a much more better actress than Hillary.

Cate Blanchett, since I believe she was nominated for an Academy Award. That's a huge accomplishment, and her movies are all so prestigiously awarded, so I'd go for her. Hilary Duff has been in very few movies, most of which have been based toward pre-teen and early-teen audiences, and chick-lits aren't always everyone's favorite, so I don't think she could be better than Cate, if she even tried. Pardon me for my being so blunt but I just think that Cate Blanchett is millions better.

You're kidding right? You can't even compare Cate Blanchett and Hillary Duff. Cate is an oscar caliber actress that could make me believe shoes fly when she's on the big screen. Hillary is a former disney channel actress and pop songstress. Cate would outshine her every time.
