All this dance music these days is that same silly beat going DANK DANK DANK and some guy singing, 'We're all free'when you're not. It's ****. You go round someone's house and they put a tune on, and it goes DANK DANK DANK, and you sit there and have a cup of tea, and it's going DANK DANK DANK. I've got to slag it right off. It's doing my head in.

When we both get back from work, I watch dvd's and drink beer. She does the cooking,cleaning, washing and ironing but makes such a lot of noise that I have to turn the tv on loud which is distressing to my ears. Should I soundproof her allocated working area and install an intercom for me to contact her when I need something? Any advice appreciated, how did you overcome this selfishness on her part?
